Dear Valued Customer,
The evolving security situation in the Middle East continues to pose significant challenges, affecting logistics operations and customer supply chains. Recent developments in the region including the effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz have had a substantial impact on fuel availability and distribution worldwide. Many refineries are also operating at reduced capacity, limiting export volumes and causing substantial disruptions in global fuel supply chains.
To safeguard cargo integrity and maintain the stability of our network, Ocean Network Express (ONE) will implement an Emergency Inland Fuel Premium (IFP) for Carrier Haulage transport. The IFP will be calculated as a percentage of the haulage rate and is applicable across all trades.
