Ocean Network Express Strengthens its Regional Structure in Asia Pacific and Africa

Singapore, 30 September 2026 - Ocean Network Express (ONE) today announced two changes to improve the structure of its regional headquarters, both effective 1 April 2027.

ONE will establish a new Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Singapore, consolidating its East Asia and South Asia RHQ functions, which are currently based in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively. The Asia Pacific RHQ will oversee ONE's business across 15 markets, and Mr. Louis Tang will assume the role of Region Head, Asia Pacific.

Separately, ONE will centralize the management of its East, West and South Africa markets in the Dubai RHQ. The London RHQ will continue to manage Europe, the Mediterranean and North Africa markets.

The changes will bring the RHQs closer to the markets, enable faster decision making and create new opportunities for the business. Service offerings, customer contracts and day-to-day operations continue as they are today, and customers can expect improved service levels after the transition. Local teams in all markets concerned will remain customers' point of contact for relationships and operations.

The changes will be implemented in phases - in the initial phase, current teams will continue in their existing roles under the new structures, with further alignment of functions and responsibilities to follow as each transition progresses.
